TDO - Carestream Error "Server Down for Reconstruction"

if the Error "Server Down for Reconstruction" is given when trying to do a CBCT/PANO scan on the CBCT PC you must follow the below steps:

  1. Shutdown the CBCT unit
  2. reboot the CBCT PC
  3. Power on the CBCT unit after the CBCT PC has restarted and is at the logon screen

if this does not work then call Carestream Support at (866) 724-6317 and select prompt for the unit type and they will connect and verify unit is working correctly,

once Carestream Confirm units is working and communicating correctly follow reboot sequence above
