Open the Switchboard

Select "Receptionist"in the View section.

Select the  Switchboard settings button

Under Status View, select the Show group headers.

In the 3CX Presence window, select the Settings button.

Select Hot Keys

Select Copy number from clipboard

Select the Enable keyboard shortcut button.

Select OK

Go back to the main Presence window.

Select the Chat button.

Select the Tool icon

Select the Automatically open chat window on incoming chat.

Select the back button to go back to the Presence window.

Select the Settings button.
