How to change the time on the phones

Setting the System Time for a ComDial DX-80 or DX-120 Phone System

1) Enter the database admin mode from extension 101

a. Press "Feature”

b. Press "#”

c. Press "*”

d. Enter the DB Password: "########” (this is the actual password, the pound symbol 8 times)

e. Press "Show”

2) Enter 08-14-01 and press "save”

3) The year is displayed. To change the current value press "chg”. Dial the two-digit year and press "save”. Press "next”

4) The month is now displayed. To change the current value press "chg” until the correct month is displayed, then press "save”.Press "next”.

5) The date is displayed. Press "chg” and enter the correct date. Press "save.”Press "next.”

6) The weekday is displayed. Press "chg”until the correct day is displayed. Press "save.” Press "next.”

7) The hour is displayed. Press "chg”and enter the correct two digit hour in 24-hour format. Press "save”. Press "next.”

8) The minutes are displayed. Press "chg”and enter the correct two digit minutes. Press "save.” Press "next.”

9) Press "ON/OFF” button twice to exit programming mode..
