How to install MyPhone

 Part 1 - Windows and Mac:

1. Open a browser to this URL: http://pbx-{client code}.naturalnetworks.com:5000/myphone
2. Do not login, instead, right-click on the web page and click on install
1. Note: if Microsoft Silverlight isn’t installed on your computer you will be prompted to download and install it; do this before proceding
   
3. Once this completes, close your browser
   
4. You will now have an icon on your desktop label "3CX MyPhone."  Double-click on it to open the application
   
5. Enter your extension number and voicemail password to login

Part 2 - Windows only:

1. After you login, you might have a yellow, flashing, triangle at the top right of the MyPhone window.  If you do, click on it and it will download the Desktop Components installer. 
   
2. After the download is done, an explorer window will automatically open.  Double-click on the file that was downloaded and install it with default options. 
   
3. Once this is done, all software is installed and ready to use. 
   
1. Note: we recommend you go into settings / preferences and enable the "Quick Dial Hotkey" feature to get the most out of the desktop integration.
