How to record your phone calls

The SBX IP 320 phone system has the ability to record phone calls while you are on the phone talking to someone. This feature works on a call-by-call basis and requires the SBX IP 320 VoiceMail option.

Solution:

  • In system programming, go to PGM 112 and set "Two way Recording" to "on" for each station that should have this feature.
  • Program a DSS button as: STA PGM BTN / Two Way Record OR the user will have a soft-key for recording also.
  • While you are on the phone, press record and if you have a DSS key programed, the DSS key should start flashing red.
Once you are done with the call, it will show-up as a new voicemail message in your inbox.
